Ashtanga classes are perfect for those that enjoy a dynamic and energising yoga practice and at just £5.00 per class until the end of may you simply can’t go wrong.
Ashtanga is the most dynamic form of yoga which synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures. The process produces internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light, strong body, and a calm mind.

Yoga Flow:
Suitable for all levels of fitness and ages. Yoga Flow combines dynamic flowing movement with gentle but profound stretching together with controlled breathing and some deep relaxation. Yoga Flow will help you work towards a stronger and more supple body, building endurance and agility and increased energy levels and a more relaxed mind.

If a dynamic energising practice is what you are looking for then Ashtanga is for you.
Ashtanga is the most dynamic form of yoga which synchronizes the breath with a progressive series of postures. The process produces internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light, strong body, and a calm mind.
The Salutation Station runs regular Classes in Ashtanga. Foundation, Beginners and Intermediate Levels.

Attending Donald’s Ashtanga Yoga class has made a big difference to my overall wellbeing. Yoga has helped with posture, mobility and flexibility.
I have also gained a much stronger core which has helped my athletics and gives me an advantage over my competitors.
I would recommend yoga to anyone who wishes to improve their physical wellbeing.

Kum Nye is a mindfulness based meditative practice. The exercises are mixed some very slow moving others demandingly aerobic. Kum Nye aims at centering our being to the stillness within regardless of what is going on at the time. Kum Nye helps to relieve stress, transform negative patterns and promote balance and health.
A comment by Jane about Kum Nye:
“I have found Kum Nye to be a wonderful method for improving my meditation practice and as an aid to connecting with what is going on within my body and my emotions”.
